Adding image to header and reloading page on initial render

So we've pretty much completed a serverrendered Vue.js app which is really cool and congratulations

for getting this far.

In this video I just want to do two small finishing touches.

The first one is that we haven't put our logo next to our heading here.

So if we look at the original or the completed version, you'll see we got this nice logo

here, so I want to do that and there's one other thing I want to do as well.
